I have tried numerous methods to troubleshoot the problems, including removing and reinstalling Bluetooth drive, updating UE Boom firmware, updating the Bluetooth adapter drivers, flashing Bios through the HP support assistant, but all the attempts were proved to be ...Now, they lose about 20% between uses and die quickly. For the Megaboom though, I found a way to turn off remote power mode. I was able to reinstall the old app on android by googling Megaboom app from the homescreen and finding it under apps.
